Doctors say that the state of our tongue uncovers a ton about our health. A solid tongue looks pinkish-red in color and has a tad of spit on it, everything else talks about health-identified issues which can fluctuate from generally non-disturbing conditions, for example drying out from something as genuine as growth.
As Miley Cyrus tends to stick her tongue out as much as she can, we can all see its condition is not that perfect : it looks rather coated. Even the pop diva Cher commented on Miley’s tongue when she discussed the 20-year-old singer VMA performance and advised her on not showing it so much when it looks like that. Judging by Miley’s photos doctors have suggested that she must have been taking antibiotics which resulted in killing some of the mouth’s natural bacteria and letting fungus develop in there.
However, this is not the only thing unusual about Miley’s tongue which doctors have noticed. The muscle attaching the tongue to the bottom of the mouth appears to be rather small in Miley’s case which allows her to stick it out farther than most people. Not that this is any indication of a problem, though. Anyway, if there was something particularly wrong with Miley’s tongue the whole world would know in seconds as she rarely keeps it in her mouth.
